Position Summary
The Data Clerk supports the IDD Quality Assurance Department of Zoom Group Inc. by ensuringaccuratetimely and complete data entry and documentation management across all organizational programs. Working under the direction of the QA Manager this role provides critical administrative and documentation support with an emphasis on high-volume data processing and medication compliance records.
In addition to data entry responsibilities this position will receive cross-training through the College of Direct Supports and may be assigned toassistin other operational areas as needed to support the organizations mission and service delivery goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Enter update and verify data in the organizations compliance and documentation platform witha high levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain current andaccurateteam member records including required documentation certifications and compliance-related files.
Monitor documentation for completeness and accuracy ensuring alignment with Kentucky Administrative Regulations (KAR) applicable to IDD services.
Identifyand track expiring expired or missing documents and promptly notify the QA Manager for follow-up.
Assistinmaintainingorganized electronic and/or physical recordsin accordance withagency standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide documentation support to all programs within the organization prioritizing high-volume workloads and medication compliance documentation.
Collaborate with the QA Manager and other departments to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Support QA initiatives audits and reporting requirements as assigned.
Participate in training through the College of Direct Supports and apply learning toassistin direct support or operational tasks when directed.
Performadditionalduties asassigned to support organizational operations and quality assurance needs.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Ability to manage multiple tasks prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiencywith computers database systems and standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite).
Understanding ofconfidentiality data integrity and compliance standards.
Ability to learn and apply regulatory requirements related to KY KAR for IDD services.
Effective communication skills to report issues discrepancies and compliance concerns.
Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a team.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in data entry administrative support or healthcare/social services documentation preferred.
Experience with IDD services compliance systems or regulated documentation environments is a plus.
Training Requirements
Completion of College of Direct Supports training modules as assigned.
Ongoing training related to compliance documentation and organizational procedures.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based with standard computer use.
Requires prolonged periods of sitting typing and working at a desk.
Must be able to review and process detailed documentation for extended periods.

Compensation and Hours
Hourly position; pay based on experience and organizational standards.
Standard full-time schedule asdeterminedby the QA Manager.
Overtime (OT) must be pre-approved by the QA Manager or authorizeddesignee.
Key Performance Expectations
Maintaina high levelof data accuracy and completeness (minimal error rate).
Ensuretimelyupdates of team member records and compliance documentation.
Proactivelyidentifyand communicate documentation gaps expiring orexpiredrequirements.
Support QA department efficiency and compliance across all programs.
