Data Center Operations Manager

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Data Center Operations Manager to lead hardware support services across North America. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operation maintenance repair and installation of IT hardware in enterprise and colocation data centers.

• Manage Hardware Break/Fix IMAC (Install Move Add Change) and Smart Hands services.
• Lead teams supporting servers storage network equipment and data center infrastructure.
• Own major incidents outages root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Manage vendors contracts SLAs and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with operational regulatory and safety standards.
• Oversee budgets costs and operational reporting.
• Partner with infrastructure security facilities and technology teams.
• Provide 24x7 escalation support when required.

• 10 years of experience in Data Center Operations Critical Infrastructure or IT Operations.
• Experience managing hardware break/fix and data center support teams.
• Strong knowledge of Incident Problem and Change Management.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
