Total Compensation: $70-110K(significant OT needed)

Position Overview

You will work alongside technicians on high-impact commercial infrastructure projects.

Looking to leverage your mechanical aptitude and expand your knowledge in advanced HVAC systems Full technical instruction and formal industry certifications are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on commercial HVAC units and building automation systems.
• Complete structured technical training courses to earn trade certifications and unlock career advancement opportunities.
• Fulfill initial union apprenticeship standards and course requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4 years of mechanical troubleshooting electrical diagnostics or military technical experience (MOS/Rating in mechanical electrical or hull maintenance preferred).
• Base understanding of mechanical equipment and system maintenance practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional conduct when representing the organization.
• Self-motivated with the discipline to operate independently in high-demand environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Formal technical education trade school background or military specialized training.
