Job Summary
Description:
Data Architect Lto support the internal GTP Tax Platform initiative by building data models in Erwin writing/debugging stored procedures and troubleshooting. Our Technology stack is: Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) Azure CA ERWin SQL Server 2016 SQL Server 2017.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for designing databases and ensuring their stability reliability performance
2. Writing and troubleshooting Stored Procedures
3. Design and implementing enterprise data models (conceptual logical and physical)
4. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing hybrid cloud solutions on Azure
5. Supporting development teams from a database perspective
6. Provide guidance and mentoring to others
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Azure Sql Azure Data Flow
2. Strong working experience designing ETL solutions (Azure Data Factory & SSIS)
3. Expert-level knowledge of SQL Serverand Azure SQL Database
4. Expert at writing Stored Procedure and troubleshooting
5. Must be a self-starter requiring minimal supervision and possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
6. Experience applying SAFe/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
7. Experience designing data warehousing solutions
8. In-depth understanding of database structure principles
9. Erwin Data Modeling experience a plus
10. Accounting and/or Tax knowledge background a plus
11. No-SQL databases such as Azure Cosmos DB a plus
