Data AnalyticsManagerwill be responsible for the development of our strategy to bring on new and growexisting partner relationships leveraging all available data sources andcapabilities.The candidate willwork closely withexternal vendorsas well as internalmarketingand analyticsteamstouncover opportunitiesfor growth anddeepening partner relationshipsand customer engagementacrossall credit card product portfolio.
Core Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for working on big data/analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data performs analysisdevelop predictive modelsand/orsegmentationtrees.
Interprets data and analyzes results using various statistical techniques and tools.
Work with partners to create a secure data environment to build insights based on multiple data sources
Leverage existing relationships to build out use cases from internal and external data sources to identify life-events
Evaluate new tools data measurement techniques to assess the effectiveness of strategy
Collaborate with cross functional teams to enable data driven product management customers & partners engagement
Deliver insights and provide actionable recommendations based on reported results benchmarks discovered patterns and all necessarycontext.
Lead efforts to build develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Workingexperience workingonstructured and unstructured dataproficient inanalytics and statistical software such asSASSQLPythonRorothers to perform analyses and interpret data
Experience in advanced analytics/statisticsandpredictive modeling
Proficiency in analytics data visualization tools such as TableauPowerBI
Strong problem solving quantitative and analytical abilities.
Effective interpersonal verbal and written communication skillsexcellent project management and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills
Familiarity with cardholder transactions data network and other external data sources
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the addition to salary U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including incentive and recognition programs equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105400.00 - $124000.00U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
