Strategic Data & Analytics Initiativesincludesfourcoreinitiatives with potential discovery for more:
1.iPaaS Implementation;Oversee the completion and optimization of the Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) implementationensureseamless data integration across enterprise systems andapplicationsandEstablish integration standards governance and best practices.
2.Enterprise Reporting Strategy;Helptodevelopa comprehensive organization-wide reporting strategy thatAssesses current reporting tools platforms and mechanisms in use across Gettyand define a future-state reporting architecture and roadmap.
3.Data Analytics Roadmap;Create a detailed analytics roadmap that outlines Strategic initiatives and priorities implementation timelines and sequencing measurable outcomes and success metricsand align roadmap with ERP digital transformation and organizational priorities.
4.Data Integration & DataLakeHouseEnablement;Lead efforts to consolidate and integrate data from disparate systems into a centralized datalakehousearchitectureensure data is structured governed and accessible to support analytics and reporting needs and enable a unified data view that supports Gettys ERP functionalities and business operations.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join the Portfolio Project Management Office (PPMO) team within Getty Digital for a limited term employment of three years. This position reports to the PPMO Manager and worksclosely withtheHead of Data AnalyticsDigital Visitor ExperienceDirector Enterprise ApplicationsDirectorand staff from across the organization including product managers engineers and subject-matter experts to implement innovative solutions that address our user and business needs.
This positionleadsprojects fromtheoriginalconcept through final implementation.This positionis responsible forsupporting the delivery of analytics platforms products and services using a service-oriented operating model while also supporting the implementation and adoption of enterprise data governance practices. The role partners closely with analytics leadership business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure data and analytics solutions are delivered effectively securely and in alignment with Gettys strategic priorities.

This position is a hybrid work environment opportunity not a permanent remote assignment.The successful candidate must be a California resident when employment beginsresidewithin a commutable distance of Getty and must work at least one day per week on Gettys campus.
- Performs the full range of project management duties: initiating planning executingmonitoringand controlling and closing
- Under little to no supervisiondirects projects requiringhigh levelsof functional integration and involving multiple disciplines to be managed
- Manage multiple simultaneous projectsand workstreamswith complex interdependencies
- Track coordinate plan and report on technical work across multiple teams and organizations
- Collaborate with other project managersboth within and outside the organization
- Collaborate with software engineers systemadministratorsand subject-matter experts
- Facilitate discussions and negotiations to drive recommendation consensus
- Implement management and communication plans and processes
- Communicate with partners and team members throughout the phases of development
- Maintain project documentationtime frames budgetestimatesand status reports
- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the budget. Address cost overruns and budgetary issues promptly
- Develop and implement change management strategies and communication to ensure project success
- Identifypotential project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
- Address unexpected issues that may arise during the project. Implement effective problem-solving and escalation procedures
- Prepare post-project reports including lessons learned and recommendations for future projects
- Regularly prepare presentations and/or present on this workto internal and external audiences
- Effectively engagestakeholdersat the executive level across multiple organizational units
- Bachelors degree in a related field or a combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive software analysis development and implementation experience
- Minimum of5 yearsof experience managing complex technical projects within the cultural heritage domain
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified completion of a Project Management program or certification in processis stronglypreferred
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate organizational goals into actionable data strategies.
- Previousexperience managing technology projects in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: data analytics platforms and services datalakehouseor warehouse solutions business intelligence and visualization tools data integration and interoperability initiatives and complex enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to productively assemble engage and manage cross-functional teams
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders external partners and senior management
- Experience managing contracts and vendor relationships
- Proficiencyin project management software and tools (e.g. Workfront Jira)
- Tact diplomacy and ability to work with a wide variety of audiences including the ability to quickly develop good working relationships within a large organization
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Willingness and ability to travel
