Key Responsibilities:

• Bridge business needs and data solutions by translating stakeholder requirements into data models prototypes and technical specifications.
• Define what data is needed and how it should be structured to support organizational and program goals with downstream development.
• Gather and document business and data requirements; identify data gaps and collaborate with developers to refine solutions.
• Develop conceptual data models and database schemas.
• Create prototypes (e.g. dashboards data flows) to validate requirements.
• Define KPIs metrics and success criteria.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• 3-6 years experience developing and leading analytics efforts to include data architecture business process mapping and solution development.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
• Strong written verbal and customer engagement skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Department of War or other federal agencies
• Experience with energy and water utility management issues especially associated with military installation management
