Cedar Crest Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and Data Analyst to support clients and families with inquiries scheduling and general assistance. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills a positive attitude and excellent attention to detail. This is a remote opportunity with paid training and opportunities for professional growth.

• Collect organize and analyze business data.

• Review data for accuracy completeness and inconsistencies.

• Prepare reports dashboards and data summaries.

• Identify trends and patterns that can support business decisions.

• Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases.

• Perform data cleanup and quality checks.

• Use Excel Google Sheets and other data-analysis tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• $26.95 per hour
