Data Analyst

Location: Miami FL - Onsite 5 days/week

Type: 6month ContracttoHire

Role Overview

We are seeking Data Analysts to join our growing team. This role will focus on building and maintaining dashboards reports and analytical deliverables that provide visibility into key business metrics such as pipeline health lead conversion win/loss rates ARR and churn.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills experience with BI tools and a solid understanding of revenue operations data in SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards/reports tracking pipeline ARR churn and other KPIs.
Write clean welldocumented SQL queries in BigQuery to support ad hoc analysis.
Partner with Sales Marketing and Customer Success teams to translate data needs into actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and RevOps systems.

Required Skills

3 years in data analysis or business intelligence preferably in SaaS/technology.
Strong SQL expertise (complex queries window functions CTEs).
Experience with BI tools (Looker Tableau Power BI etc.).
Understanding of RevOps metrics (pipeline ARR CAC LTV churn).
Familiarity with CRM data (Salesforce HubSpot).

Nice to Have

Experience with dbtmodeled data or data modeling concepts.
Familiarity with Python for advanced analysis.
Knowledge of Stripe Clari or other RevOps tools.
