DATA ANALYST DEPERTMENT

Position: Data Analyst

Jonesboro Realty Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst you will play a critical role in providing valuable insights and analysis to drive business decisions and improve overall performance. This is a full-time position within our dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect organize and analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends

- Develop and maintain data models dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights

- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations based on data analysis

- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

- Assist with data management and quality control to ensure accuracy and consistency of data across the organization

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field

- 2 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Experience with real estate data is a plus

- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
