Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to work as a Daly Racer Coach for the upcoming season at Daly Elementary. Open until filled.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise team practices
- Ensure the safety of all team members during training
- Communicate regularly with parents and school administration regarding team progress and upcoming events
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
Requirements:
- Passion for coaching
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work with children and motivate them to achieve their best
- Previous coaching or racing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required
- Must pass a fingerprint-based background check per school board policy.
