Moxie Pest Control is looking for a D2D Salesman to join our enthusiastic team in Austin. As a D2D Salesman you will engage directly with customers educating them about our pest control solutions while building lasting relationships. We offer a competitive salary range of $10000 - $100000 annually commensurate with experience and performance.

• Conduct door-to-door sales to introduce pest control services
• Build rapport with potential customers and assess their needs
• Educate customers on pest control methods and solutions
• Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups
• Generate leads through various promotional activities
• Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques
• Contribute to a positive and motivated team environment

• High school
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Basic understanding of customer service principles
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
