Cycle Counter I

Under general supervision responsible for cycle counts and audits of parts and materials.

Performs daily cycle counts and random audits of materials. Enters cycle count transactions into stockroom database. Resolves inventory discrepancies. Maintains required records and reports. May use forklift or pallet jack to move materials as required.

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. May require forklift certification.

Understands transaction affect on inventory. Correctly measures materials. Strong user of enterprise databases and MS Office. Thorough knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures including handling exceptions. Requires basic reading writing and numerical ability. Valid drivers license with good driving record. Able to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift. Effective verbal communication skills. May provide work leadership to lower level employees. Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $23.35/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
