CGI Federal is seeking a Junior IAM Engineer to support the CDM shared services this role youll help strengthen cybersecurity across multiple agencies by supporting IDaaS and IAM services performing system implementation integration and daily client delivery.
This position is located in our Fairfax VA office; however a hybrid working model is acceptable. You will be required to be in our Fairfax VA office a minimum of two days per week.
Designing developing testing and documenting workflows and integrations
Implementing RBAC and leastprivilege access models
Administering and configuring security tools such as Okta Entra and MFA tokens
Learning new tools like AWS ServiceNow and Terraform
Supporting IAM needs at federal client sites and prioritizing tasks with delivery managers
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams in a SAFe Agile environment
Maintaining documentation and assisting with troubleshooting
Demonstrating initiative adaptability and a growth mindset
US citizenship CGI background check and ability to obtain DHS EOD/Public Trust
Bachelors degree in cybersecurity or related field plus 13 years of related experience
13 years of IAM solution development configuration and testing
13 years of experience with Okta or EntraID
Experience with workflow design and process mapping
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Ability to learn quickly deliver quality work and manage deadlines
Desired skills:
Understanding of IAM PAM and user lifecycle management
Familiarity with PowerShell
Knowledge of LDAP and directory structures
Knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud foundations
Understanding of modern authentication protocols (SAML 2.0 OIDC/OAuth)
Experience with SAFe Agile CDM and ServiceNow

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $100800.00 $245500.00.
