Are you an Advanced Practice Provider looking to make an impact in a fast-paced highly specializedCardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) Join a leading healthcare organization in Southwest Florida and become part of a team dedicated to delivering exceptional care to critically ill cardiac and vascular patients.

What Youll Do

• Provide comprehensive care to CVICU patients in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess diagnose and manage critically ill cardiovascular patients.
• Participate in treatment planning patient monitoring and care coordination.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and support critical care interventions.
• Collaborate with nursing respiratory therapy and other clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence within the unit.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited institution.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Advanced Practice Provider program.
• Current Florida ACNP license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible (certification required within 6 months of hire).
• 1 year of experience is required; critical care cardiology or ICU experience is a plus.
• BLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• Strong critical thinking communication and teamwork skills.
