Role Overview
We are looking for a customer-focused organized Customer Support Specialist to join our headquarters team in Downers this role you will be the central voice handling inquiries across our taprooms event bookings online merchandise shop and distribution partners ensuring every guest client and partner receives top-tier support.

What Youll Do
Respond promptly to incoming customer event and wholesale inquiries via email phone and website forms
Assist guests with taproom reservation questions private event bookings and general feedback
Support online shop logistics including processing merch orders tracking shipments and handling returns/exchanges
Maintain accurate logs and customer notes in our CRM and event systems
Work closely with taproom management marketing and distribution teams to resolve client requests quickly

What Were Looking For
12 years of experience in customer service hospitality support or administrative care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a warm welcoming tone
Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities with great attention to detail
Proficiency with Google Workspace CRM tools or POS/reservation management software (e.g. Toast SevenRooms)
A genuine passion for craft beer hospitality or community-driven brands is a major plus!
