- Serve as the first point of contact for community members via phone email and online channels.
- Provide accurate information about Fire Department services programs and procedures.
- Assist with non-emergency requests and direct urgent matters to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and inquiries in our customer service system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and follow up with customers as needed.
- Educate callers on fire safety and prevention resources.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry scheduling and documentation.
- Respond to public inquiries regarding permits inspections and community events.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold confidentiality and professional standards in all communications.
- Entry-level position; no prior professional experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
