The Opportunity

Creating memorable experiences for Marbles guests starts with exceptional customer a Customer Support Assistant you will respond to customer inquiries complete ticket exchanges and support the general operations of the Customer SupportTeam with a friendly touch and an eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Connect with guests via telephone and email to provide information aid in ticketcancellations and complete rescheduling requests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve guest problems and concerns across sales channels.
• Create and manage group invoices.
• Ongoing support of projects such as birthday signage camp materials group andMember database updates and account management.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Ideal Experience and Skill

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service-driven position or industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software or CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged period of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Walking standing stooping bending sitting for long periods
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

Schedule

• Flexible hourly schedule 16-20 hours per week.
• Weekday availability preferred.

Work Environment

• 95% indoors.
• Occasional evening and weekend shifts are encouraged to support busy operations and
  events.
