Customer Support Agent- Evening Shift Premium

Our afternoon and evening hours are some of the most important calling times for our clients which is why we offer a $2/hour shift differential for all hours worked between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If youre available to work into the evening youll have the opportunity to increase your hourly earnings while working with one of Utahs fastest-growing companies.

• Contact our clients prospective customers (warm leadsNO cold calling) and ask qualifying questions about the products or services theyve already expressed interest in.
• Make fast-paced calls throughout your shift (most calls last 24 minutes).
• Use sales techniques and rebuttals to help customers stay engaged in the conversation.
• Become trained in high-demand industries such as Debt Consolidation Mortgage Solar Healthcare Insurance Tech and more. No prior experience requiredwell teach you everything you need to know through our paid training program.

• Earn $18$20/hour on average with top performers making $25/hour through uncapped commissions.
• PLUS earn an additional $2/hour for every hour worked between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18
• Successfully complete a background check
• Available to work 2240 hours per week
• Must be available to work until 7:00 PM on scheduled shifts
• Must work a minimum of 4-hour shifts and be available to work 5 days per week
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls throughout scheduled shifts (outside of breaks)
• Reliable attendance
