Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Success Assistant to support the ongoing management of customer accounts following the initial sale or enrollment. This position works alongside the customer success team to coordinate onboarding maintain account information track customer activity prepare account materials and ensure scheduled follow-up is completed.

The Customer Success Assistant will focus on organization and continuity throughout the customer relationship helping the team maintain accurate records and stay informed about customer goals account activity and outstanding action items.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate administrative aspects of the customer onboarding process
  • Maintain onboarding checklists account timelines and required documentation
  • Create and update customer profiles within company systems
  • Record customer goals preferences account details and relevant history
  • Track onboarding milestones and outstanding action items
  • Coordinate scheduled customer check-ins and account meetings
  • Prepare account information and supporting materials for customer meetings
  • Maintain calendars and schedules for customer success activities
  • Track follow-up commitments and ensure outstanding items are routed to the appropriate team members
  • Monitor account activity and identify accounts requiring additional follow-up
  • Prepare basic account summaries and customer activity reports
  • Assist with customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Gather and organize feedback regarding the customer experience
  • Maintain records of customer feedback account updates and completed activities
  • Coordinate with sales operations and other internal departments regarding customer accounts
  • Assist with renewal preparation and other ongoing account-management activities
  • Maintain current customer documentation and internal records
  • Support customer success projects and account initiatives as assigned


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Communications Marketing Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience in customer success account coordination client services account management support sales support or a related business environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage calendars deadlines and multiple account-related priorities
  • Strong follow-through and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with customer records and account information
  • Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments
  • Professional approach to customer and internal communication
  • Ability to identify outstanding tasks and ensure appropriate follow-up
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms Microsoft Office Google Workspace or similar business software
