Customer ServiceDelivery Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative/Delivery Driver to assist customers process orders maintain inventory and safely deliver and set up medical equipment and supplies. The ideal candidate will provide friendly and professional customer service be comfortable working with computers and inventory systems and be able to safely operate a company vehicle. Previous customer service healthcare medical billing or inventory experience is preferred

Duties:

• Greet customers and answer phone calls in a friendly professional manner.
• Make deliveries and assist customers with medical equipment and supplies.
• Process sales rental and service orders and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Enter and maintain accurate customer and patient information in the system.
• Receive unpack price and stock incoming merchandise
• Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked store and warehouse
• Safely load transport and unload equipment and supplies.
• Run errands and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid Montana (MT) drivers license.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to carry items up to 30 pounds and ascend two flights of stairs safely.
• Honesty and strong sense of accountability.
• Effective communication skills across diverse age groups and backgrounds.

Job Type: Part-time Monday - Friday 1 pm - 6 pm

Wage:$15.00/hr
