Customer Service & Travel Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented customer-focused Customer Service & Travel Specialist to join our this role you will assist clients with travel research itinerary design and booking services across accommodations transportation tours and vacation packages.

• Research travel destinations accommodations transportation options and local activities tailored to client preferences and budgets.
• Prepare and present customized travel itineraries and price quotes to clients.
• Process travel bookings for flights hotels cruises car rentals and tour packages using company-provided tools.
• Communicate with clients before during and after their trips to manage itinerary adjustments handle travel inquiries and resolve service issues.
• Maintain organized records of client bookings reservations and customer interactions in our system.

• Eligibility & Residency: Must be at least 18 years of age currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency with web browsing email communication online research and web-based tools/applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional customer-service approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing reservation dates and client travel details.
• Reliable self-management skills to complete tasks accurately during scheduled working hours.
• Access to a reliable computer high-speed internet connection and telephone service in a quiet home workspace.
• Prior experience in travel planning hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required.
