Customer Service Support

Be the trusted connection between customers and solutions by delivering exceptional service managing orders and returns with precision and driving fast accurate resolution of inquiries in a high-volume customer-focused environment.

Your role:

• Develop and maintain strong internal customer relationships by managing a high volume of inbound calls and emails resolving inquiries and issues with urgency and professionalism.

• Serve as a trusted resource for customers by providing accurate information on pricing product availability lead times promotions and order status.

• Process customer orders returns and Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) with accuracy partnering cross-functionally to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.

• Review and analyze transactions identify discrepancies correct records and make necessary adjustments while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.

• Maintain current product knowledge and support return and replacement activities to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.

Youre the right fit if:

• Youve acquired 3 years of customer service experience.

• Your skills include the ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment effectively managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy attention to detail and responsiveness across a high volume of customer interactions including email and phone inquiries.

• You have at least a high school diploma.

• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

• Youre a professional who possesses strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships collaborate across teams and deliver a customer-focused experience.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $22.00 to $35.00 per hour plus overtime eligible.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
