Location: Fort Worth TX (This is an on-site position. Candidates must work from our office location.)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40750 - $49860 per year

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
  • Assist customers by providing product information troubleshooting guidance and issue resolution.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products services and policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
