We already have an amazing group of Customer Service & Sales Reservation Agents and were looking for more great people to join us. Our 100% remote Central Reservations team is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Reservation Customer Service & Sales Agents who reside in: AZ CO FL ID MI MN MT NC NH NV OK SC SD TN TX UT VA and WY.

From the comfort of your own home youll connect with guests through inbound calls and chats helping them plan unforgettable vacations and once-in-a-lifetime adventures.

This isnt just about making a reservation. Youll help bring the experience to life by recommending explaining and selling incredible travel experiences at or near some of Americas most iconic National Parks including Yellowstone Death Valley Glacier Grand Canyon South Rim and Custer State Park.

• Schedule flexibility including the ability to work until 7:15 p.m. MST and work weekends.
• A willingness to learn and grow. We dont expect you to know everything on day one!
• A friendly professional and helpful attitude when communicating with guests and coworkers.
• A passion for creating a unique and memorable customer experience with every interaction.
• Comfort with both customer service and sales including identifying opportunities to recommend experiences that fit a guests vacation.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to maintain open and honest communication with your team.
• The ability to stay focused organized and productive while working independently in a remote environment.
• A quiet dedicated work-from-home space free from distractions during scheduled work hours.
• Hardwired high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 40 Mbps.
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems and technology in a remote environment.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in and successfully complete required pre-employment drug screening and background checks facilitated by our team.
