Customer Service & Sales Representative Full-Time or Part-Time

What Youll Do:

• Delivering outstanding customer service by engaging with customers answering questions and providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Showcase your passion for sales by identifying renters needs and recommending relevant upgrades and additional services
• Assist with daily operations while representing the brand with professionalism and integrity
• Work collaboratively with your team to keep operations running smoothly and create the best possible guest experience
• Take on additional responsibilities as neededevery day brings new opportunities to learn grow and make an impact

What Were Looking For:

• Professional outgoing and friendly personality
• Assertive self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Previous experience in customer service retail or related fields
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Team player willing to jump in wherever needed
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends
• Valid Wisconsin drivers license

Compensation & Benefits:

• Total earning potential: $50000$60000 per year
  (Hourly base pay plus uncapped incentive bonuses for sales upgrades and additional services)
• Pay differential for nights and weekends

• Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
• Utilize proven sales techniques while consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate professionalism enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills with customers colleagues and management.
• Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and reservation software.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Minimum age of 18 and a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
