What Youll Do:

1. Create Exceptional Experiences: Greet every customer with a smile and deliver the WOW factor.
2. Drive Membership Sales: Share the benefits of Soapy Joes memberships with confidence and enthusiasm.
3. Keep It Moving: Help keep our lines moving quickly and efficiently by mastering our Express Pay Terminals (XPTs) and DRB systems.

Education Skills and Physical Requirements:

1. High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
2. Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills required.
3. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
4. Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers coworkers and supervisors is required to perform the essential functions of this position. This role requires frequent verbal communication with customers team members and management including receiving and providing customer service operational and safety-related instructions.
5. Ability to move about and operate handheld technology and equipment.
6. Ability to ascend/descend ladders crouch crawl lift up to 50 lbs. and twist or turn when needed.
7. Able to work outdoors year-round in conditions including sun rain wind and heat.
8. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
