Customer Service Representative

Infinity Landscape Construction is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to be the frontline of our construction companys client relations. As a Customer Service Representative you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service throughout their experience with us.

In this remote role you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries managing communication between clients and our field teams and providing administrative support to ensure smooth project operations. You will contribute directly to client satisfaction and retention by delivering timely professional and helpful assistance.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints efficiently escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members as needed
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
• Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management for project consultations
• Contribute to team goals by collaborating on customer service improvement initiatives

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong active listening skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer proficiency including familiarity with email spreadsheets and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
