JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision of the Assistant Finance Director the Customer Service Representative/Permit Technician serves as a representative of the Utility Billing Department and Building Inspections. Required to greet and assist walk-in customers offering excellent customer service. Receives enters and reconciles daily cash payments and provides technical support for Building Inspections. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Class C Texas Drivers License
Preferred:
- Cash handling experience
- 2 years of experience in an office environment
- Bilingual
