Customer Service Representative (LaGrange County REMC)

As the Customer Service Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our members. You will be responsible for processing member account inquiries and interacting with members to address account this role you will also be required to perform collections procedures create service orders calculate and post payments.

Qualifications :

Required:

• A high school diploma GED or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years customer service experience.

Preferred:

• Associate degree in business accounting or related field.
• Knowledge of electricity and electrical components billing and collections.
