Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for dealers distributors builders designers contractors and customers
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service keeping Excellence as the Standard in every interaction
• Assist customers with product information pricing availability quotes order tracking and issue resolution
• Coordinate with manufacturers logistics teams and internal departments to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Maintain accurate customer records and customer activity within internal systems
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and improve the customer experience
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries while maintaining attention to detail
