Training Hours Monday through Friday 9am -5:30pm EST Will follow schedule selected at offer time once training is completed

• 8:25 AM - 4:55 PM ET
• 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM ET
• 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM ET
• 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM ET

PAY RANGE: $21/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Business and Monetary Control (BMC) provides service support by assisting with inquiries related to Financial Transaction paperwork Account Balance and Activity Letters of Authorization and Employee stock options.
Key Responsibilities include:

• Provide clients and/or internal partners with clear complete and accurate responses to their questions and inquiries at point of call
• Deliver quality service by providing effective and efficient operations support for the assigned areas internal business partners and/or external customers and potential clients
• Manage risk by accurately authenticating clients fully adhering to policy / procedures and proactively identifying and escalating potential risk
• Navigate through multiple applications and tools to understand policy / procedures gain clarity on various products / services and research and resolve issues with client accounts
• Display passion commitment and deliver an experience that improves our customers financial lives

Workplace Expectations:

• Cell Phones: The manager will review designated areas and approved times for personal phone calls.
• Dress Code: Professional business-casual attire is required for both the interview and the assignment.
• Attendance: Consistent daily attendance is required. Employees must follow the proper call-out procedures and notify the attendance line direct supervisor and staffing vendor of any absence.
• Punctuality: Employees are allotted up to 16 hours of time off during their first 90 days. Candidates are strongly encouraged not to schedule time off during training.
• Training Environment: Candidates must be comfortable participating in virtual training while onsite. Please do not bring personal comfort items such as blankets into the workplace.
  

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Use of computers and technology.
