We are looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role helps customers with shipping printing packaging and other store services while providing an excellent in-store experience.
Schedule
MondayFriday: Store open 9 AM 5 PM
Team hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
Closed on most Federal Holidays

Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with shipping packaging and printing services
Operate point-of-sale system printers and store equipment
Process orders and provide product/service recommendations
Sort and manage virtual mailbox mail
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills
Strong multitasking and communication abilities
Detail-oriented with good time management
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license required
Retail/POS software experience preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
