• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Provide outstanding customer service ensuring a positive experience for every customer
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
• Assist with various tasks as needed including cleaning and restocking supplies
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs. as required

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
