Customer Service Representative (CSR)

What Youll Do:

• Handle basic customer inquiries and provide support via phone email and chat.
• Resolve routine issues like phone activations order tracking and general complaints.
• Escalate more complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and maintaining accurate account records.
• Help coordinate with service providers help desks and other teams to ensure great service.
• Perform data entry and process customer orders.
• Act as an intermediary to prevent unnecessary upselling from service providers.

9:30 AM - 8:00 PM - 4 days a week
11:30AM - 8:30 pm - 5 days a week

7 AM - 3:30 PM - 5 days a week

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience preferably in a client-facing or high-volume environment.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A patient empathetic and professional approach to customer interactions.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• The ability to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances.

• This is a position that plays a foundational role in the Customer Service department. It has a Public Trust (High) risk designation which will require a Background Investigation.
