Salary Range: $18.45 - $22.80Monday- Friday 8:00am - 4:00pmProduction & Sample CoordinationSelect and prepare product samples for production ordersAssemble and organize job bags with all required materials and documentationEnsure accuracy and completeness of samples and job packets prior to productionSupport sorting and staging of materials for production useOrder & Documentation ManagementFile and maintain organized records of job bags orders and samplesEnsure all documentation is accurate up to date and easily accessibleSupport administrative organization of production workflowsInventory & ReceivingReceive incoming goods into the system accurately and in a timely mannerMatch packing lists to purchase orders and verify quantities and items receivedInvestigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal teamsMaintain accurate inventory records within the processing systemLogistics & Freight CoordinationTrack Bills of Lading (BOLs) for incoming and outgoing shipmentsCommunicate with freight carriers to obtain pricing and shipment detailsEnter freight and shipping data for accounting and cost tracking purposes
