Job Summary
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
The Customer Service Manager is a key position at Jensen this role youll lead a customer service team seek out new customers cultivate and maintain new customers and serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. This role may require periodic travel to our other locations.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day interactions/communication between the inside sales representatives and customers.
- Interviewing hiring training planning assigning and directing work; motivating coaching evaluating rewarding and disciplining employees.
- Assistingin the preparation of bids.
- Performingprocurement duties.
- Trackingall data and contacts in accordance with the Key Account Management Planning guidelines.
- Interfacing with Human Resources and the General Manager regarding employee performance-related issues and addressing each situation appropriately.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Youre enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You possess demonstrated sales and supervisory experience preferably in a precast concrete or building materials environment (minimum of 2 years). Youre a lifelong learner with a Bachelors degree in business or related field. You dont take shortcuts. Youre safety conscious not just for yourself but for your team.
The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated customer service experience. Other desired qualifications include:
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers suppliers and co-workers.
- Ability to write clear and concise documents to convey technical material to customers.
- Proficientwith Microsoft Office (Email Spreadsheet Word Processor) database administration and computer programs related to sales and customer service.

If there is an offer the salary presented will consider several factors including but not limited to geographical location a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications training and internal equity. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Jensen Infrastructure. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match PTO and paid holidays.
This role may also be eligible to participate in the companys annual incentive program subject to the rules governing the program. (Incentive awards if any will depend on various factors including without limitation individual and company performance.)
