Customer Service & Logistics Assistant / Shipping & Receiving Coordinator
Waltham MA Fully on-site
My clients North American operations run through its Waltham facility and this role keeps product moving: received stored across temperature-controlled environments and shipped to customers.

What Youll Be Doing
- Receive and store materials at ambient 4C -20C and -80C
- Assemble kits and pack shipments from dry-ice boxes to 200kg pallets
- Run put-away inventory counts and expiration tracking
- Prepare domestic and international shipping documents and coordinate with couriers and suppliers
- Process orders in NetSuite and Salesforce and support customers on shipping returns and exchanges
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Cold-chain or temperature-controlled storage experience
- Comfortable moving palletized freight with powered lifters
- Working knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
- Bonus: Incoterms import/export declarations and tariff codes
US work authorization required.
