- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in computer skills and familiar with customer service software

- Automotive knowledge and experience is a plus
