Customer Service Counter Sales Associate II

In this customer-focused role you will assist customers both in-store and by phone look up parts manage orders and support shipping and receiving activities. You will help maintain proper inventory and ensure customers receive accurate product information and service.

Job Details

• LOCATION: Bedford Park IL 60638
• POSITION: Seasonal with Right to Hire
• PAY RATE: 20.00hr
• HOURS: 6:00am to 3:00pm

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and assist customers with parts lookup and order processing.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and services under direct supervision.
• Maintain proper stocking of Lennox-branded and other HVAC-related products and supplies.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Communicate product features benefits and warranty policies clearly to customers.
• Adhere to all safety health security and environmental standards.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in counter sales.
• Computer proficiency for parts lookup and order management.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Preferred forklift skills (used occasionally).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications.
• General HVAC knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
