• Answer inbound customer calls emails and inquiries regarding appliance repair services
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments between customers and field technicians
• Maintain accurate customer records and service histories in the scheduling system
• Follow up with customers on appointment confirmations status updates and completed repairs
• Process work orders invoices and basic billing transactions
• Handle customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-first mindset
• Support dispatch operations by communicating technician availability and routing updates

• 1 years of experience in customer service dispatch or administrative coordination
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software CRM tools or similar platforms
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume fast-paced environment
• Friendly patient and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Experience in home services appliance repair or trades industry is a plus

As an appliance repair technician youll work with anything from dishwashers to microwaves to other words youll need to be fairly knowledgeable about large appliances portable appliances mechanical work as well as electrical work.

Youll deal with more than just appliances though as a repair technician youll have to deal with people too.

Appliance repair technicians must also have skills in high mechanical aptitude have impeccable written and verbal communication skills work adeptly with repair tools be okay with lifting heavy machinery and of course be incredibly skilled in troubleshooting problems.
