Customer Service Coordinator B

Handled customer calls and inquiries appointment verification and authorization calls clerical and administrative tasks and customer concerns with appropriate follow-up.

1st Shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and processing all customer calls and inquiries.
• Handling all appointment verification and customer authorization phone calls.
• Responsible for performing many of the clerical duties.
• Addressing customer concerns and handling follow-up.

Qualifications:

• 2 years customer service or related experience.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and analytical skills.
• Excellent follow-up skills.
• A professional telephone manner.
• Experience with basic PC software programs including MS Office Excel Word or related programs.
