Customer Relations Representative

Pay: $17.00$19.00 per hour

Sparta Networking is hiring Customer Relations Representatives for an on-site opportunity in the travel and hospitality industry.

This position involves assisting customers by phone with reservations scheduling account updates and general questions. Youll work directly with callers to understand what they need provide accurate information and help resolve routine issues.

Paid training is provided and previous travel industry experience is not required.

Day Shift: MondayFriday 9:00 AM4:00 PM
Evening Shift: MondayFriday 3:00 PM10:00 PM
Weekend Schedule: SaturdayTuesday 9:00 AM6:00 PM

• Take incoming calls from customers
• Help with reservations scheduling and account-related requests
• Answer questions about services and available options
• Review customer information and make necessary updates
• Enter notes and maintain accurate records in the system
• Work through routine customer concerns and questions
• Provide clear information about policies and next steps
• Refer issues to another department when additional assistance is needed
• Maintain a professional and friendly approach with customers
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members throughout the day

• Clear and professional communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
• Good listening and problem-solving ability
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Able to learn new systems and procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Good attention to detail
• Able to stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Must be at least 18 years old

Previous experience in customer service retail hospitality reservations office support sales or a call center is helpful but not required.
