Customer Relations Representative

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is looking for a friendly detail-orientedCustomer Relations Representativeto join our Service Department team. This role is key to keeping our customers informed engaged and satisfied throughout their service experience.

What Youll Do:

• Follow up with service customers via phone and email to ensure a positive experience
• Assist the Service Manager with customer communication and outreach
• Help resolve minor customer concerns and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• A positive customer-first attitude
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach and follow-up
• Reliable organized and able to manage multiple customer touchpoints
• Prior customer service or automotive experience a plus but not required
