Customer Quality Data Analyst

Position Responsibilities:

• Leads Quality reviews of regulatory program and customer requirements ensuring early quality involvement in process and program developments

• Engage and lead stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience

• Leads stakeholders in analysis of process data metrics models and flows to identify root cause of complex problems and development and implementation of preventive or corrective actions

• Maintains KPI dashboards and metrics files using Cognos and other data analytics tools

• Conducts research compiles and analyzes performance reports and KPIs to continuously improve process capability

• Lead the identification and execution of improvement activities aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing efficiency

• Leads multi-function multi-site groups to develop company directives policies processes procedures and metrics to assure program customer regulatory requirements and working agreements are deployed

• Assists in the development of new standard processes and policies relating to customer experience and presentations

• Works under minimal direction

This position is expected to be 100% selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience working Aerospace Fabrication and/or Manufacturing

• 5 years of experience in analyzing and presenting data

• 5 years of experience working with manufacturing fabrication or assembly processes and procedures

• 5 years of experience in SQL Cognos PowerBi Tableau or other visualization tools

• 5 years of experience in advanced excel skills (Pivot tables Charts etc.)

• 5 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and VBA Macro

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience in Quality
