Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Engineer
We are seeking a skilled CIAM Engineer to support the implementation configuration and onboarding of customer-facing applications onto CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity and Strivacity. The role involves designing and supporting authentication authorization federation and customer registration solutions while ensuring security scalability and an optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
Onboard web mobile and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML integrations.
Develop and maintain customer registration login password management and profile management journeys.
Troubleshoot authentication federation and access-related issues.
Collaborate with application teams security teams and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
Support CIAM platform upgrades enhancements and operational activities.
Create technical documentation onboarding guides and integration standards.
Required Skills:
3 7 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 OIDC SAML JWT and SCIM.
Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ping Identity certifications.
Experience with customer identity lifecycle management and adaptive authentication
Experience in Banking Financial Services
