Job Position: Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) Developer

Job Location: Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX (Onsite)

• Responsible for API and journey development custom event hooks and integration support.
• Configure and support CIAM solutions using Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Onboard web mobile and API-based applications to enterprise CIAM services.
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML integrations.
• Develop and maintain customer registration login password management and profile management journeys.
• Troubleshoot authentication federation and access-related issues.
• Collaborate with application teams security teams and architects to deliver secure identity solutions.
• Support CIAM platform upgrades enhancements and operational activities.
• Create technical documentation onboarding guides and integration standards.

Skills:

• 37 years of IAM/CIAM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ping Identity and/or Strivacity platforms.
• Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0 OIDC SAML JWT and SCIM.
• Experience integrating applications using REST APIs and identity protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS Azure or Eligible to workP).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ping Identity certifications.
• Experience with customer identity lifecycle management and adaptive authentication
• Experience in Banking Financial Services
