In this role youll join a women owned manufacturing company supporting customers and outside sales representatives within a designated region. Youll assist with orders product questions and issue resolution while working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a Temp to Perm position and required to be fully On-Site.
Qualifications:
2 years of customer service or sales experience.
Strong communication organization and computer skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Ability to learn Macola and Synergy; previous experience preferred.
Commercial furniture industry experience is a plus.
