The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is a rapidly growing locally owned and operated franchise with multiple locations across the country. Our mantra is to Reinvent Contractor Service by providing a great place to work and delivering 5-star customer service every step of the way from initial phone inquiry home visit inspection and estimate scheduling timeliness installation follow-up and ongoing support and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls route messages and follow up promptly on inquiries
- Schedule and book new customer estimates from inbound calls and lead platforms
- Follow up with leads to ensure timely scheduling and strong customer communication
- Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact for customers
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing copying and correspondence
- Process credit card payments accurately and securely
- Monitor office supply levels and communicate restocking needs to management
- Support office staff and assist with day-to-day operational needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Professional friendly and confident phone presence
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using office technology (phones computers Microsoft Office Google Workspace CRM systems etc.)
- Ability to learn quickly and accept both positive and constructive feedback
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
