As the first point of contact for customers youll play an important role in ensuring they receive prompt professional support. Every day is a little different keeping the work engaging while remaining manageable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

• Process customer requests received by phone and email accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate service appointments and dispatch field technicians
• Monitor open service requests and prioritize work to ensure timely customer support
• Answer customer questions regarding service visits orders shipments supplies and equipment
• Resolve routine customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal databases
• Review customer account activity and product usage to ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Track orders and provide customers with shipping and delivery updates
• Generate reports and document customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and provide an outstanding customer experience

Youll be successful if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one year of customer service order processing dispatch account support or administrative office experience
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
• Experience using CRM or customer management software is a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
